Tothill Fields Prison

Tothill Fields Prison (also known as Tothill Fields Bridewell, Westminster Bridewell and Westminster House of Correction) 1618-1884. Originally behind Parliament Square, in 1834 it moved to a new site south of Victoria Street, where Westminster Cathedral is now sited.

The last remaining sign is a stone gateway in Little Sanctuary, behind the UK Supreme Court.
